Purchase CEMA Update

It has recently come to my attention that FNMA and Freddie Mac may not be accepting purchase CEMAs when purchasing loans from mortgage originators. I have not been able to confirm this but this is the word from various lenders I have spoken to. I hope to get more information soon. This could basically mean the end of the purchase CEMA!
